Token Ownership

Assigning Token ownership is done by single selection or multi selection of tokens on the map and using the 'O' hotkey. This opens the Ownership dialog panel.

Select the player (Client) who you wish to control that token from the list of connected clients.

"Publically Owned" means the token can be managed by everyone connected.
